		<description>This was just a great show.  Mark's descriptions of his long distance riding made me want to give it a try more than ever.  Like you Dave, my idea of a long ride is whatever I might do in a day --- 150 to 300 miles.  I wouldn't mind having some multiday rides creep up on me.

Time is always the issue though.

It was good to hear Mark's endorsement of the reliability of the modern Vespa when in comes to these kinds of rides.  I have always sensed that the machines were well made and reliable.  And I think I will keep mine stock without mods too.
