Recently discovered the PodCast and am enjoying greatly! Just got back from a trip to Italy and Greece. We were only in Venice, however I can tell you that there is good vintage Vespa spotting in, VENICE!? Actually, on the Lido, the "Riviera" of Venice. In one day, saw a Rally 200 in great condition, a 150 Standard in well-ridden original condition, a 1954 restored fenderlight (in a shop), plus a lot of small frames and a bunch of Ape's. Also many nicely restored Fiat 500 and Citroen Mehri's tooling around. Of course, many P's in good condition and nicely done, not to mention many newer automatic Vespas. In Corfu/Greece, saw a bunch of nice small frames, nicely restored and all ridden by what my wife called "cute young guys." Also came across nice Sprints, Rallies, Sportiques, etc. Fun trip, tho most of our pics are of Vespas (didn't see any Lambretta's, etc). -.d, from Japan Greetings.
